Who is Sisterhood?

We are two sisters who love all things beautiful. 

Sisterhood was inspired by our love for fashion and our passion for making a difference. 

We are a high end fashion rental service focusing on Australian design, with sustainability at the top of our minds.

We are on a mission to end fast fashion and create a world where women have access to designer wardrobe - guilt free

 

Where are you located?

We are located inside Wintergrace Hair Salon.

235 Scarborough Beach Road, Mount Hawthorn

Bookings:

Do you offer try ons?

Yes, absolutely! We would prefer you to come and try on and pick the best dress for your event. 

All you have to do is book any appointment for the day and time you prefer.

 

Do I have to book an appointment?

Yes at this stage we are only open for appointments.

So simply book any appointment for your selected day and time you prefer.

 

Can I try on and take the outfit with me?

Yes! However only if the event is the same week as your try on booking and if there has been no other people requested to try on the selected dress. 

 

I want to try on a specific dress, will it be there?

We cannot guarantee availability of specific dresses for try ons. 

However just get in touch with us and we can let you know if it will be available on the requested date and time. 

 

Is the dress I want to hire Available?

You can check availability of all your fave garments online yourself! 

On our website go to the requested dress and you’ll see a calendar which will have the availability of the Garment.

 

How can I book a dress?

There are a couple of ways to book a dress. You can either book via the website, simply by selecting the the date you like alternatively you can get in touch with us and we can book it in for you. 

 

How Long can I hire a dress for?

We offer either 4 day or 8 day hires. However if you have a special request about a longer hire, just get in touch with us and we can see what we can do.

What if I change my mind can I get a refund?

We are unable to provide full refunds for change of mind cancellations.

 

Do I pay via Cash or Card?

Yes we have both options available for you.

 

When & where can I pick up my dress for my booking?

Pre-booked dresses can be collected from Thursday afternoon from the shop.

However we will get in touch with you with a time that works for you and us to pick up your garment. 

 

When and where do I return my dress?

Dresses need to be returned Monday evening or Tuesday before 5pm at the shop. 

If wanting to return Monday evening, please get in touch with us about a time to drop the garment off. 

 

Do you post?

Yes we can of course post the garment at the borrowers expense. If you would prefer the dress to be posted just let us know and we cn arrange this for you. 

 

Who takes care of the dry cleaning?

We do! Please return the dress back to us uncleaned, so we can have it dry cleaned at our trusted dry cleaner.
